1/8” Pop’s Pro Cut high carbon steel hardened to 64 HRC. This is a precision steel designed specifically to maximize the qualities that produce the best knives- toughness and edge retention. Each knife is personally tested on my Rockwell Hardness Tester to ensure consistent heat treat quality.
