This knife is a more economical alternative to my Bush Hunter knives for those who are trying to stretch their budgets to equip themselves and get training. It doesn’t have all the features and it comes with a different sheath but it’s still a very high quality field knife at a great price. I build these knives to the same standard as I do the Bush Hunter, I’ve just streamlined the process to eliminate the extra labor that accompanies extra features. It’s the definition of “Common Man Common Sense”.
The blade is 1/8” Pop’s Procut Steel, Heat treated and tempered to 62-63 HRC. This is the same high quality steel I use in all my knives. The tang is solid, no milling reduces cost. This also means it’s as strong as possible!
Handles are sculpted 1/4” G10 scales (as opposed to the smooth ones in the pictures), 1/4” stainless loveless screw, 1/4” G10 lanyard tube. All secured with Blade Pro epoxy. I can also do other handle materials, just shoot me a message and we can discuss it.

It comes with an American made Kydex and Cordura sheath with a built in storage pouch (fits my Line 1 kits perfectly). The pouch also has a built in MOLLE strap so you can mount it on a vest, pack, etc. This is not the Drifter sheath that comes with my Bush Hunter but rather one made for me by a professional gear maker.
